I had a good first couple of experiences here (although both times it was pretty empty). Then I made the mistake of following their social media. They have numerous events that are pure or designer breed only where mixed breeds or the ones they deem less "cutesy" aren't welcome. What don't you see in their event list? No adoption drives. No events for rescue dogs. Nothing for mixed breeds. This is an incredibly bad decision for a company that claims to support shelters and rescues, and one they vehemently defended when I pointed out the bad optics (in fact they blocked me after I messaged them asking them to change the habit). Donating $0.03 from a beer sale to a shelter just for the marketing plug, and then actively turning away rescue dogs, goes against everything a truly responsible dog company should do.

Love this place a lot, and as a college town it’s great to have somewhere to study, hang out and exercise my dog all in one spot. But if you charge a monthly/yearly membership I have to pay for access daily to the park, please be open on the hours you say you will be. Showing up at 7pm and everything is already shut down, knowing you close at 9pm, has let me down recently. Especially when there are no posts online, no announcements, nothing. Otherwise this place is 5/5 with great atmosphere and attentive staff.
