This park is excellent, offering plenty of space for picnics and easy-to-navigate trails. It's always clean and well-maintained, with ample parking. I love visiting, as it's just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Hixson.

Really beautiful place to hang out or walk. There was a really great ambience with people meeting with their dogs, kids riding scooters, and plenty of trail path. The river was very peaceful and pretty, and there is boat docks for launching canoes.

Awesome park, dog park, long walkway beside creek, kayak/ canoe launch , large open fields, and a super pavilion.

The best outdoor spot. There’s every activity, lots of different trails that offer different experiences, and surprises along the way. You can watch people and their dogs, canoeing, exploring and gardening. There’s a ton of history too! And a cool cemetery to read about before you visit. Don’t get overwhelmed, and don’t expect to explore this place in one visit. Take it in small doses and enjoy exploring this natural space our city is blessed to have.

I love going here, either to walk my dogs or go swimming with friends. It's a great public space, with lots of trails (including ones with shade because we all know the Tennessee heat could kill).
