The baseball ⚾️ park is good, regular condition with dirt infield and grass outfield, good illumination for night games. If the game is during day time, take an ez-up or shades for the dogouts and for the benches, because there are none. Parking spots very limited, but parking available around teh park. There are no restrooms close, unless a portable provided by tournament organizers. Enjoy your visit!

A huge Park at 10.44 acres extending on either side of the street McFadden. Plenty of parking with large grassy areas but no bathrooms are available. On one side of the road Greer Park contains a large lake with many species of birds frequently stay year round. Due to the many birds the grass and pathways tend to have feces scattered but it is otherwise well maintained. Here you'll find many Park benches and little shade but some trees. On the other side of the road Greer Park contains many sports options and large grassy space. You will find here 2 basketball courts (on either side of the park), a baseball field, benches and picnic tables scattered, plenty of trees and 2 separate playgrounds. The smaller playground rests on rubber padding, has a tiny playground for small children, a rocking horse in a small sand pit, and 2 infant swings. Across the way the larger playground for older kids sits on a sandpit with swings for 2 children and another for a single child. Additionally the playground offers multiple slides, tunnel to climb through, modern monkey bars, ladders, a pole, and spiral pole.

Nice clean out of the way park with a lake. Nice sidewalk around the lake. Benches to relax while watching the various birds and water fowl. Lucky neighbors.

Could be a nice park. However, the homeless took over the park and the City of Huntington Beach should really do something. Last time I was there, there was one homeless guy yelling and swearing at the top of his lungs possibly trying to intimidate people to leave. Visit at your own risk.
