It's a nice park, but it's just really small. There are 2 kids playgrounds next to each other, and both are tiny. There's also a small picnic area. There's tiny splash zone with only 2 toys. Whichever poor kid decides to use it is going to be bored after 1 minute. Normally, I would consider this a 3-star instead of a 4-star park, but I realize it was built just for this community. It's not a big community, so it didn't need a big park.
The Gum ranch splash pad was extremely convenient to access. The restroom were very clean. Picnic area can easily accommodate 2 large parties. The reason for the 4 stars was do to the lack of water pressure. In my opinion the enjoyment on the splash pad would of been greater if the water feature produced more water. Despite that; its a perfect place to have a celebration.
Great park! My five-year-old loved the splash pad and it kept him entertained for a good hour. The playground is also modern and different from what you usually see. I especially liked the hammock :) Perfect for relaxing on a nice day. I miss the pumpkin patch that used to be here but overall, a great experience!
Always a nice walk to get here. The park is clean and I like that they added a lead star security station. Great place to cool down and go for a walk to dry up.
