The Hackensack River Pathway is a relaxing place for a walk, especially if you’re looking to stay local and enjoy some fresh air. The path itself is easy to follow, and I was able to enjoy it with my 5-year-old, we even discovered a small playground behind the old Sears building, which was a fun surprise for her. Parking can be a little tricky depending on where you enter. If you use Google Maps, it directs you to the start of the path, but that entrance is blocked off due to construction, and nearby lots are marked for tenants only. Just something to keep in mind when planning your visit. While the pathway could use a bit of upkeep, it’s still a peaceful spot to stretch your legs and spend some time by the water.
The Hackensack River Pathway is a peaceful escape for nature lovers. Perfect for walking, running, or jogging, the riverside trail offers scenic views and stress-reducing tranquility. My wife and I enjoyed a picturesque sunset stroll. Highly recommended!
Beautiful park, great walking path puts u on a bridge that takes you straight into campus... along sides the Hackensack River... some wildlife, squirrels, geese, ducks and all kinds of bird species...
Really nice little park. Roses. Birds
