We loved it! It was super well maintained. The splash pad was a huge hit. They also have two different playgrounds. Plenty of picnic tables. The water was lovely, I’m not sure why people say they wouldn’t swim in it? It was sandy, clear and a great temp! If you live in Saginaw it’s free, if not, it’s only $5. We will absolutely be back.

Nice place for a picnic. Popular for families and swimming. No dogs allowed tho and the freeway nearby is kind of loud. The seagulls will want your food.

We reserved the park for a large family picnic well in advance. The park was very clean. Parking was great. Not far from the two pavilions we had. They have grill if needed, you just need to bring the coals and such. The grounds keep kept coming back to clear filled trash. This was awesome! It was perfect for our family picnic. Rest rooms were open and available. We will definitely revisit this park!

Great place to relax, fish and swim. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery and crystal clear water. Clean bathrooms, plenty of parking, and lots of picnic tables/benches/grills etc... The perfect leisure, outdoor spot within the city. Definitely coming back again!

I hadn't been here since I was a kid, and boy has it changed! You get free admittance if you're a Michigan resident. You can rent paddle boats, canoes, row boats, paddle boards for very cheap. They have a nice little beach. Life jackets for guests to borrow. Their new splash pad and playground is so nice. My kids absolutely love it there. There are indoor bathrooms. You can fish on the farther parts of the lake. Update July 25' still very beautiful and clean
