We love Happy Paws!! Kai and her team are professional, dependable, and most importantly take care of our golden retriever like he is their own dog! Mulligan always looks forwards to his pack walks and we couldn’t recommend Happy Paws enough!

I’ve lived in Boston for 9 years, and Kai and her team have been the most amazing dog walkers for my little girl. My dog basically grew up with her team, and she was so happy on their walks!! Kai’s team always sends pictures and an update from every walk so I know my dog was loved and taken care of each time. My dog is very chill also, and Kai’s team makes sure that each dog is paired with a group that fits their personality, which is so important! Also, Kai is very responsive-communication is wonderful-I don’t know how she does it since her team walks a lot of dogs. Cannot recommend them enough!

We have been so incredibly happy with everyone at Happy Paws! Kai and her entire staff are INCREDIBLE! Each of them truly does care about my Golden Winnie and it makes me so comfortable and confident leaving her in their more than capable hands. Plus we love getting cute photos of her after every single walk! Kai is also so on top of it and communicative which shows she cares about her human clients too! I recommend Happy Paws to everyone I know!

Kai and her team do an excellent job. We found her from a family member and her team has been walking our dog since we got her at 2 months old. They gave many free training tips throughout the puppy stage, helped leash train her and genuinely love our dog like she’s their own. The group walks are affordable and allow our dog to socialize. We get cute photos everyday and come home to a happy, calm pup. Sad we are moving out of their coverage area.

We’ve been using Happy Paws Boston for over a year now for both dog walking and boarding and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kai and her amazing team. From day one, they’ve shown genuine care, professionalism and reliability. Our dog absolutely lights up when Kai arrives, which says everything about the level of trust and comfort she provides. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or longer boarding, we know our dog is in the best hands. Communication by the whole team is always excellent which include updates, photos and thoughtful check-ins that make us feel connected even when we’re away. It’s incredibly rare to find a team this trustworthy and compassionate so I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Kai and her crew to anyone looking for top-tier, trustworthy care for their pups.
