Completely fenced off. Water fountain. Lots of empty bowls for water. Section for small dogs. Separate section for big dogs. Nice layout with a path for walking, friendly people and dogs. Parking is at the end of the Metra station lot. Then you need to walk a bit before you get to the dog park.

Very nice dog park and great community. The park has shade for humans, benches, and water for dogs. Large and small dog parks.

Fun place for my dog (olive) to roam around, nice wonderful open space for dogs to play and have fun in the buffaloes grove area. Fun community, can make lots of friends and some puppy friends too!

The GPS location for the dog park is CORRECT right now as of December 20, 2020, but use it if and only if you are getting there on foot. If you are driving there using this location, it will direct you to the dead end as shown in my photo. If you are driving there, use the location "Buffalo Grove" train station as the previous people suggested and go to the end of the parking lot. The dog park is right next to the power tower as shown on the right corner of my photo. The dog park itself is a nice area for the dogs to run. It has two baskets full of tennis balls for the pups to play and it seems well maintained. I didn't give it five star because it is "membership-only" as suggested on the sign of the gate. I have been to dog parks in the suburbs that requires membership or daily pass, but those are 40-60 acres of off-leash dog area. It doesn't make sense to me why this "smaller" area by comparison would require membership as well.

The place is nice. Small accessible area underneath the power lines. It's not next to any major road so it's secluded enough to be quiet and looks like it's very well maintained. The overflow parking for the train station is shared with the main parking for the park. So it's all the way at the end of the parking lots. Google's GPS coordinates were accurate for the train station, But there is some confusing signage that you might miss while navigating down to the overflow parking lots. If GPS does not take you to the train station you might be in the middle of the subdivisions flanking the park. Just follow the power lines next to the train station.
