Park at Melilli Lot if there's an event and walk under the highway with your chairs and what-not. Bathrooms were open for a concert we went to recently but I've not seen them open during other random times we've been here. There is a parking area in this small park that's by the water, but it's hard to get to without accidentally getting on a highway. There is a restaurant you can walk to. You can boat to this park. It's s small skinny park but much enjoyed by dog walkers, people who want to see a nice sunset or watch boaters, etc. It's seen some rough times with vagrancy in the past but I felt this visit warranted the compliment that things seem cleaner and even the pollinator garden area looked nice.

This is such a beautiful spot to come to there is parking as well. I love bringing my dog here she loves to walk around and sit and stare at the river I enjoy watching the boats go by as well you can also fish off the dock. They have picnic benches that are here so you can sit and relax after a nice walk if you have not checked this place out before you should because there is such a nice view here.

Good. Access road to park is tricky if entrance missed, will enter HWY-9.

Not bad to spend a lazy afternoon. Lazy because it’s relatively a small space - probably the starting point for boating in Connecticut river. In mid April however , we saw some fishing in the deck and beside the river. Parking place also small. Seems not to be a happening place but We found a beautiful skyline. And any riverside - I like. Probably in summer it become crowded for boating activities.

Went at the beginning of October while visiting patient at hospital. Never been to Middletown and great feature to have in town! Beautiful, clean, and impressed with the Pollinator walkway!! Lovely.
