Avoid This Place at All Costs I've lived here since July 2024 and it's been a nightmare. The complex is filthy, with dog feces, trash, and debris everywhere. The landscaping is neglected, and the hallways are disgusting. Even the new apartments are not immune to the filth and chaos. The management company, Middlesex Management, is unresponsive to complaints and seems more interested in filling vacancies than maintaining the property. Despite paying a hefty monthly rent, I've experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment. The parking situation is a disaster, with speeding cars and blocked entrances. The local police have been unhelpful in addressing these issues. I strongly advise anyone considering moving here to reconsider. This is not a safe or clean environment. Key Issues: * Extreme filth and neglect * Unresponsive management * Unsafe parking conditions * Poorly maintained landscaping * Excessive noise and speeding DO NOT MOVE HERE.
1. The pool is never open. "waiting for inspection" 2. The gym equipment is old and rusty. 3. You pay water and sewer. 4. They don't like to fix anything in your apartment. 5. The park in the middle is old and not safe for children. 6. If you got all new appliances good for you because they will keep old appliances until it breaks down. Check the oven, open it, is dirty before you move in. 7. You pay rental insurance
Lived here for 2 years and finally moving out. Can honestly say these apartments are seriously not worth your mental health and peace. Let's start with the ridiculously paper thin walls, you can hear conversations in every part of the apartment. Even while you are using the bathroom which is the worst part. Next, the floors are mostly wooden so you hear every step someone takes, kids running and stomping. Most nights I could not even get a proper rest due to being woken up so early in the morning by this. Please think twice before moving here, only giving 2 stars because of the outside view. Everything else inside is a disaster, and lets not get started with the hole in my wall from the neighbors next door. :)
The office guy is rude!!!!! And if you are not a cop, lawyer etc....you are not treated respectfully. Sometimes they don’t show you the apartment so you might get an old refrigerator and stove. Cabinets are old. YOU PAY WATER (2 bills water and sewer), you pay rentals insurance if not they don’t give you the key. POOL AND GYM ARE NOT FREE!!!!! EXTRA fee! You end up paying $200-$300 extra besides your rent. And they raise your rent every year.
I would give 0 stars if It was an option. Nosey neighbors that the apartments don't bother to control. Dumpster divers visit here a lot. Crime goes on around the apartments the police is always around arresting people. When I moved out I explained to them I am in the Military and have orders, I even asked if they wanted a copy. Month later they decided to continue my lease for a year an charge more money. I will be sueing them so watch out for these guys.
