I've adopted a GSD from here back around 2005 and now Mr Pierre Orange Tabby DSH he is amazing I love him so much ❤️🥰 I love Haven Pet Care Center everyone I interacted with was so nice and caring and helpful the Auto Care me as well they've taken amazing care of Pierre and all the other cats! So many beautiful cats there And dogs as well! I love that they have private dog parks too! Thank You 🙏so much to everyone that helped me for an amazing adoption expierence today 9/7/25 literally a day after my birthday! Thank u and god bless you all I will definitely bring him back to visit and for his first check up and to donate! 🙏❤️🐈

We moved recently and our fur baby needed a new companion, we searched at a ton of shelters and then we stumbled upon this sweet girl , she was named Jonsie but didn't seem to respond to it so we named her Yuki! Meaning snow / happiness in Japanese. She has gotten along with our fur baby so well and has fit into our small family like a glove! We absolutely adore her and everyone we spoke to at the shelter loved her too. Thank you guys for taking care of this sweet gal and allowing her to join us in our small family full of love!!

Great staff. Helpful too. I rented cat traps to reduce cat population in my neighborhood. We capture the cats, then take the cats back to the shelter to be fixed, then they release the cats back to our neighborhood. Our visiting Tom cat returned after about a week, he was fixed. Now to catch the momma cat. We might adopt a pet, thinking about a dog. We’ll see.

Another clinic wanted $500.00 to fix our 81/2 pound dog. Haven pet care did it for $180.00. All the employees were thoughtful and caring. We received great service. I highly recommend them.

I had gotten a cute kitty for my older cat for company. Little guy was too active and my cat, unbeknown to me, elder cat wasn't feeling well. I returned the little guy 😞. They understood. Very grateful, still miss the little guy. His name was Simon. Staff is very caring during the adoption process at the time.
