Haw Creek Park

This park is wonderful ! Quiet place with Swings and Pavillions :) across the street next to the Haw Creek Townhomes is what seems to be a Nice parking lot for overnight parking

It is a small but really nice park with a picnic shelter, bathrooms, baby swings, and walking paths. Most of the trails are paved but there is a small, wood chipped trail that runs behind the shelter to the lower end of the park. The short trails start at the parking lot and end near Creekside Taphouse. There's some nice signage around the park that gives some history about the area. Again, this is a small park and, as others have mentioned, there have been homeless people living in the wooden areas of the park but I didn't see anyone there today.

Cute little park in the middle of the Haw Creek neighborhood. Not purporting to be more than it is, but usually a quiet place with a playground, picnic area and some short walking trails. Ignore the one star reviews. From tourists who give bad reviews to EVERYTHING.

This is small, but nice little park. Very informative signage about the area and Haw Creek. Very clean and dog friendly with a swing set for small children , covered picnic table and old, but functional grills, benches and public restrooms. Small but friendly and welcoming... parking with handicapped spaces.

We enjoyed our day. Beautiful grounds. Really nice setting to gather with friends. Restrooms clean as is area. Parking is close to shelter. Definitely will reserve this picnic area again. Thank you!
