Nice stroll along the shoreline between San Leandro and Hayward. The view of the sunset is particularly beautiful from anywhere along the path. There are dogs off leash in places towards the top middle of the hill by the beginning of the path. There is limited parking on the street, but during park hours there is an accessible lot with plenty of parking.

Great place to walk dogs off leash. Take a brisk walk or run. Great views of SF. Go cloud watching. Very flat!

Beautiful spot suitable for hiking / biking / walking / picnicking year-round. Excellent bird-watching!

One of several good spots to park and bike with the kids. 5 mi on gravel to the Hayward shoreline interpretive center.
