Hazelia Dog Park is one of our favorite spots! My dog Charlie absolutely loves it here — as soon as we pull into the parking lot, his tail starts going wild. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of space for dogs to run and play. We really appreciate the separate areas for large and small dogs, and there’s always fresh water available. The other dog owners are friendly too, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a safe, fun place to let your pup burn off some energy, this is the place. Charlie gives it two paws up!

The Hazelia Dog Park visit was bittersweet. I was there with our two Corgis and my partner of 10 years that had recently told me (days before Christmas) that she wants our relationship to end and for me to move out. Please see the photo attachments if you like to hear the rest of the story

What a great resource for the city. There are actually two separate dog oaks here: one for small or timid dogs and one for larger more active dogs. Both have water available and plenty of space to run. The small and timid park also has a kiddie pool that is great for dogs to cool off in on the hotter days

Great area for walking on either a paved path or wandering on the grassy slopes. However, please keep your dogs on a leash for their safety from ticks and for the safety of other walkers.
