I come from NYC, and yes there's central park which is beautiful, but wow this park took me away. Absolutely stunning with huge trees that you can just stare at. If you come on the weekends you can see people set up volleyball courts, relaxing, reading, all kinds of stuff. Just a play to relax and enjoy life while others do the same thing. One of my favorite spots I visited in SF

How can you not love Hellman Hollow? Just one of a thousand reasons why Golden Gate Park is the greatest city park anywhere in the world.

Enormous park where Las Lomas High School comes each year to run a Cross Country race. It can be a bit muddy and difficult to park when busy but it’s by far, the most beautiful place to run. Of course, I’m just a spectator but you get the idea.

Love Golden Gate Park, and this part is great for any kind of meet up or party. Took our infant grandchild for her first outing Sunday and enjoyed a family picnic here. Fun to see all of the families enjoying time in the park. A SF gem.

Attended Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival. Always three days of incredible music good food mellow people. Thousands of us and not one incident of violence. Put it on your Bucket list. A uniquely SF experience not to be missed.
