This park and playground has been around for years. There has been some small improvements to the playground but there is lack of signage (bikes and trail), restrooms and trash receptacles. Overall, it is a good place for a walk, basketball game or picnic with the children. Please note: There is also a cute stream and some wildlife (deers) nearby.
Love to take my dog for walks there. There are alot of other dog there around 5-7 most days. He get some good play time. And when we walk a different way we get some good exercise. I always feel safe. And if you know where too look its so pretty. See you there.
Love love love Herring Run. It's a beautiful park that's seen lots of improvements to the trails and waterway in the last few years. Extremely clean and well kept. Watch for unleashed dogs, as many people use it as their own personal dog park.
There is a Juice Bar on the corner. It is so quaint and the young lady that runs the place is so accomadating. I absolutely love this spot. Then you can walk the park and down by the water.
Beautiful park could use more trash cans to decrease the amount of trash around the park. Lol. the phone in the pic reminds me of a scene fTom the wire. Hope this wasn’t a result of something bad.
