This location is a great spot to park to get to a few of the trails. It also had a sheltered area for picnics along with other picnic tables - great for a lunch time getaway! Sprawling lawn to play pick up games as well.

Love walking through Hickory Hill to cemetery on my way to downtown. Its very beautiful and a very peaceful place day and night.

It is a great place for bird watching, except when I got back to the parking lot someone had run into my car on the driver's side and didn't even bother to leave any phone number or insurance info, what a jerk. That sucked.
