I used to live in this neighborhood; completely changed for the worst. Kids vape and carry around hatchets and bb guns, got jumped here last summer because I didn't push that loud creaky spinning thing for some eight year old.

The good: Nice sized lots. Friendly staff. Clean. The bad: The claim to have WiFi. You will never get to use it. I tried a dozen times. The staff even said it really isn't usable. You can't hotspot your phone because cell coverage is poor (Verizon). There is no swimming pool. There is an activity room but it's filthy and although there's very little in there they require a parent to accompany anyone under 14. They forbid us to use our Toro Workman. It's essentially a golf cart, which is allowed. It is actually a little slower, the same size, not any louder, and functions identically to a cart. The owner's seemed to lack any common sense when it came to this issue.

Usually not over crowded, but depends on if any sports are going on. Everyone seems friendly.

Lots of bigger kids! Parents were offended that we asked the big kids not to be so wild in the small playground
