Perfect place to rock craw and have my kids play at the playground. The playground design is a train, has alot of climbing of rocks a tunnel and the bathroom is kinda close by. My kids loved it here. Will be back. Parking is on the street.

Beautiful ,quiet and peaceful Park, great for family gatherings, dog play, picnic and great long trail for walks or bike rides. Recommended

Great neighborhood park for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors along the trail. The playground is aimed at young kids and it's been fantastic to be able to walk there regularly. Now that they're aging out of the equipment, it's all about climbing the giant boulder piles.

Tucked away like nature’s best-kept secret, Higginbotham Park is where squirrels hold board meetings, birds throw concerts, and trees whisper secrets to the wind. If peace had a zip code, it’d be here. Shaded trails, a serene creek, and just enough open sky to remind you life’s bigger than your inbox. Whether you're a weekend wanderer, a hammock enthusiast, or just need a break from life being life, this place delivers. Bring your dog, your journal, or just your overthinking brain—it’s all welcome here. You might even spot a turtle doing absolutely nothing... and somehow being a whole mood. Perfect for quiet strolls, impromptu picnics, and those deep “main character” moments. Nature here doesn’t scream for attention—it just exists beautifully. So take a breath. Slow down. Let the sounds of rustling leaves and babbling water remind you you’re still human, not just a Wi-Fi signal with legs. Come relax, recharge, and reconnect with the earth (or at least get some cool squirrel footage for your feed). Follow me for more hidden gems, chill spots, and a little sprinkle of outdoor magic. Nature’s not going anywhere... but you should be. Right here. #HigginbothamPark #NatureLovers #HiddenGems #PeacefulPlaces #LocalVibes #NatureIsHealing #GetOutside #MindfulMoments #ParkVibes #RelaxResetRecharge #ExploreMore #UnplugToRecharge Follow me for more spots that feel like a hug from the universe.
