A seasonal location for the best experience. Pond has lots of waterfowl, goldfish, and other critters. Park has lots of wildlife. Trails at times can be moderately difficult. All woodlands and enjoyable. Tower, and statue good things to see.

Nice park with plenty of space to explore and enjoy. So called Frankenstein’s Castle is easily accessible via a short walk up a slight slope to a Tower with a nice view. Just a few minutes drive is John Henry Patterson monument this is in prime location with decent views.

Absolutely stunning. I’ve been through the walking trails a few times and each time I find something new to admire. The pond they have with the waterfall is a beautiful sight to see, and through the trails are nice wooden chairs and benches to sit and bird watch. These trails are also leashed-dog friendly and a good mix between paved & dirt paths.

An amazing place to hike with the family. We met loads of friendly people, saw amazing birds, great nature, and this HUGE park is conveniently located in the city so we can there easily. There's also little playgrounds and plenty of facilities for booking (we just hiked). Plus ee saw tuertles suntanning near a massive orange Koi fish. Lots of dogs and kids in the park. Should have come here a long time earlier.
