Hoffman Estates Park District

Just to echo some others. They make it very difficult to cancel and continue to charge your credit card after you've cancelled. I'm on the phone with my bank now having to dispute charges

I want to give a big shout out and thank you to the park district and all of the workers that help make the South Ridge and Westbury lakes and trails so beautiful. I walk them daily (weather permitting) and admire the care and respect shown for the environment as well as the memorial trees and benches. The park, fields and courts are also so well maintained, you should be proud of your work. THANK YOU for the beauty and fun!

Paige, Kimberly and the director(I didn’t catch his name) are an all star crew! I had an issue and the staff here went far above and beyond my expectations to resolve the matter timely. Kids are in good hands here. Recommended.

Trick or treat event was horrible. I paid for the trick or treating walk and signed up for a specific time only to have it be at the same time as the free event so parking was a nightmare, had to walk several blocks then was told that we had to wait in a ridiculously long line. Completely unorganized not doing any other events here. Why pay when there a r e more organized free events with no wait

September 13 2019, We were charged for this month of my sister’s card even though we asked for it to be canceled and were never explained the proceeding of how to cancel it. And I asked Gary Fong, the manager of the facility to refund what they took from us without permission of this month but he said no. Because he can’t do it because we didn’t cancel it. Do not go to this park. They will not steal your money and they do not let their employees provide the customers with correct information. Please if you don’t want to be charged unfairly do not go here.
