The receptionist was super friendly and easy to explain the reason for the visit. They do accept care credit, cash and cc. The vet was sweet and took her time with our dog. She prescribed medication and was really specific of each test that was recommended. Park in is very limited in the front but they do have parking in the back, it’s just a bit hard/narrow driving into the lot.

The team here have always been very helpful and answer all my questions. They really do take care of your pets with the best care possible.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary team. My dog Max usually gets very anxious about vet visits, but everyone here treated him with such patience, kindness, and care. They took their time to make sure he felt comfortable and safe, never rushing him and always reassuring him through the process. I could really tell they understood how to work with nervous pets, and it made such a difference. I left feeling so grateful knowing my dog was in gentle, compassionate hands.

With the exception of being on hold for 10-20 minutes whenever I called this place, the doctor was very rough with my pet. Most of the employees I met here were nice and were easy to understand and communicate with. However the doctor’s method of treating my cat I disliked heavily. My cat had a large abscess on his cheek and needed immediate help. When they pushed most of the abscess puss out in the other room I heard my cat in pain and began to worry. When they called me in all I saw was my cat’s blood on the floor and him hiding in fear. I feel like there was easier and safer method for this treatment but the sight i saw was unsettling. On top of this (with information from another vet clinic I received help from), they said blood work was needed to see if he can receive anesthesia and I unnecessarily paid for blood work for the surgery I could have gotten here due to my cats age as well as the surgery cost being more expensive than other clinics in the area by plenty even when they said the blood work and surgery’s price was the cost for majority of clinics in the area. Overall based on the way the doctor handled my pet as well as the prices are not in you or your pets favor. I would not recommend this place.

This vet was an overall 9/10! Very affordable and 100% would refer anybody! They are walk ins only. I took my dog in for burns on his paws and the wait was a bit long since they were taking in pets one at a time to get seen by the doctor but didn’t mind because the energy was great in the vet. I loved the staff! They explained exactly what was happening to my pup and provided two different options to continue with care, both with different costs to determine which would benefit both my dog and determine the costs for me. They treated my dog with care and he walked out a happy dog. We returned a week later for a checkup and healed amazingly!
