Great park with a wonderful view of the whole valley. Football, baseball, soccer fields, as well as tennis courts, and miles of walking trails. Dog Park areas.

This park is an expansion to the original park to the north. The expansion includes four large lighted athletic fields with natural grass, four dog park areas, restrooms, eight lighted pickle ball courts, a playground, eight covered picnic/seating areas and a large, well lit, parking area. This is a beautiful new park on the far eastern side of the valley on Hollywood Boulevard. The only problem we found was the two homeless people living inside the men’s restroom who had set up camp inside the stall area. The entire restroom reeked of marijuana smoke, which they were smoking at the time. Something will need to be done about that situation if they wish family to spend time at the park.

4 hours of fun for the whole family cost is under $15!!! You can bring in coolers and food, shaded places, but you gotta grab em early. Lifeguards were young but clearly trained well and about their business. This is a great neighborhood hidden gem!

It's nice to have something else there other than a dumping ground for trash. I did like the wide open range before, but people ruined it. The park is spacious, with a very short walking trail. It also has around 2 open grassy areas for bbqing and relaxing on one side of the park. On the other are (I think) 4 soccer fields, small enclosures for dog runs and benches to sit at. It also has a huge desert you can roam around in, but be careful of the huge amounts of broken glass when you want to bring your dogs through for a walk. For the amount of space they have to work with, I just figured they would have designed it better than it is. But the view of the city is unmatched from here, especially at night or on a clear day.
