It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. The park has 10-15 parking, clean restrooms, picnic areas, and barbecue grills, making it perfect for a relaxed day out. It’s kid-friendly and dog-friendly, and the easy trails are great for a casual walk or hike. A peaceful place to enjoy fresh air, desert views, and spend quality time outdoors. Highly recommended!

While surrounded by luxury homes the wash is deep enough to give a sense that you are not in the middle of an upscale subdivision. The petroglyphs are about a mile N of the entrance. You can not get through and into the wash much further. Down stream an historic dam and a slot canyon. Not well signed. A bathroom and 2 picnic shelters.

Such a cool small little hiking area easy lvl my 6 yo can do it with little help! It's got a few trails that split off but the main circle takes about 20 min with little ones so... Nice one mile loop! Through a wash so be aware of flash floods and or animals close to night or morning!

This is a wonderful place for a short easy hike. It is easily accessible. At the parking lot, the east entrance goes down a dirt trail. The west entrance is paved and wheelchair accessible. There are two large ramadas for picnicking. There is a modern bathroom next to the northernmost Ramada. Be warned, although it’s a newer bathroom, some users do not embrace the concept of flushing. The beginning of the trails are not too challenging. The trail leading to the damn May be too steep for some, but it is not rocky. There are plenty of places to explore.
