Small section of beach but plenty big enough for multiple dogs and people. Pretty clean, especially for a beach and dog park. Beautiful views. Trains come by decently often but not at a crazy speed. There's lots of stairs to access the beach, no matter which parking lot you use. And if you have an escape-artist dog, it's not strictly speaking fenced. There's no gate on the stairs that you use to access/leave the park and there a decent sized rock wall but nothing that'd keep a determined dog from getting away.

My dog is a little unruly around other dogs, so I was trying to bring her before 7:00 a.m. Both times I brought her between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m, I was approached by strange men. I ended up leaving both times before I had planned because of how uncomfortable I was. If your dog isn't a total spaz and plays well with others, so you're able to go at normal hours, this beach is awesome! There are a lot of trails, the off leash area is gigantic, and the park is relatively clean.

We parked at the lower lot. It could use a good sign, but google takes you there. To access the beach, you walk up steep stairs, then you go across an elevated platform over the tracks, then down a long spiral staircase to the shore. Difficult for elderly and disabled access. That being said, it's wonderful and beautiful. I want to go again soon.

We were at the beach. Breathtakingly beautiful. Low tide is great time to go. A pleasant walk through and enchanting little forest area, a bridge stretching across the train tracks that connect the forest to the beach. Prettiest beach I've been to in a long time

Great place to bring dogs to run off leash. Look up tides prior. Go at low tide to maximize how much beach there is to walk. Trail to over pass can get wet, muddy. Wear boots or good shoes
