When we went it was too cold and too windy. We where there like 7 minutes and we were freezing. Plenty of space for ice skating and sledding, it’s free but you’re on your own, no one’s looking out for you. We left when it was getting dark but the lights never came on. But it’s free, no complaints.

Visited this park back in August 2023 from Florida. My boyfriends mother and close siblings live in the area. Came out for an annual kickball event. I must say it turned out really good. Great vendors and music.. The park was clean and the grass was looking nice. The weather was beautiful. Everyone was having a great time. No fighting or foolishness going on. We definitely need more gatherings like this here and I would love to see things like this in my hometown. Everybody seemed like family. We all really enjoyed ourselves out here..

This old Saginaw landmark is alive! The kids are playing baseball on warm Summer evenings...it doesn't get any better. George's popcorn wagon is the only thing missing. Thank you to the many volunteers who worked hard to revive this great place!

Had a great time skating here over the winter! They have skate rentals(hockey and figure). Free hot coco and cookies on select weekends. Bring back the park! It’s a great cause! We will be going again when the Hoyt park committee succeeds in their goal! Keep up the good work! Would love to volunteer for this cause.

Great place! Lots of fields for softball. Grounds are kept nice and all fields have lights.
