This isn't too far from where I live, so I finally visited today and did a short hike. I was pleasantly surprised to find clean bathrooms near the playground area, and they have a huge dog park. I was also surprised that I didn't see any dog crap along any of the trails I hiked today. I appreciate dog owners that know how to pick up after their dogs. There was an abundance of trails to choose from, ranging from easy to moderate, and even expert. There were mountain bikers as well as pet owners on the trails, but it wasn't overcrowded today. I may have to come back with my mountain bike and try out some of the other trails. It's a nice park for the area. Not all the trails are on Google Maps, but you can still navigate by using it. There are train tracks nearby, and trains use them, so if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful walk, this might not be the park for you.

My first time here. Should enter through Maryville pike, instead of 129 Alcoa HIGHWAY. Finding a proper exit to parking lot on busy road is not a pleasant experience. Well designed mountain bike trail. I hiked a loop of 7 miles, a tiny section walking on shoulder of 129, not recommended. An easy loop, with little elevation change. You could opt for more challenging sections.

Beautiful wooded trails. The west side trails follows the waters edge for about a mile or so. The higher trails have a couple decent overlooks. The trails are well kept. I jogged them about 3 months ago and came across two fallen trees across the trail. They were gone this time. I plan to bring my mountain bike next time.

Such a sweet park. The playground was on the smaller side but had great play-items on it. Beautiful views, love that there is a a dog park attached, too! Cant wait to go back and try the walking trail part.

Park's relatively small with few things to do and it was a very overcast dreary day so no one was there. Several picnic tables that are covered for when it rains but overall not a lot to do and the restrooms were unacceptable.
