Irby Park is an incredible 10.91-acres park tucked away in its quiet neighborhood. There is ample parking on the street, a nature trail, after a moment you will come across a playground, and its surrrounded by a sizeable all grassy area. 🚻🚫 No Restrooms 🐕 This park is perfect to bring your dogs to 🧺 Benches but no picnic tables 🦉 Resident Barn Owl occupies here 🏞 Large Grass area 🌳 Lots of Trees for shade 🦋 Nature Trail 👣 🚗 Parking on the street is ample at all entrances 💧🚫 No Water Fountain 🗑 Trash bins The park has an older red/ blue/ beige playground structures are surrounded by sand and intended for ages 2-5 and another for 5-12 years old. Both structures offer slides and stairs to run along. The playground structure intended for 5-12 years old offers some various climbing ladders, spiral monkey bars, small balance bar, 2 slides, an off-center spiral pole to twist down and Fireman Pole. There is also swings with 2 for infants and 2 full sized swings. As far as I'm concerned this is another one of Huntington Beach's top ten parks and BEST KEPT SECRET! Despite no amenities this park offers the charm with its introduction back to nature despite being in the middle of the city. Personally this park is worth a drive to and I hope the city decides to invest in a Restroom 🚻 or Water 💧 Fountain here!

Lots of cute little birds at this park.

Hidden little park in the middle of a quite neighborhood. Lots of dogs running around without a leash. Also, one sand area is completely void of anything.

Fun place to walk your dog or just go for a walk. Has playground for a kid and believe it or not an area to practice your short game in golf.

The equipment needs a little updating, but I love that the space is enclosed with no close roads. Its always quiet and well maintained
