There's no street side parking, and the water to the fountains was off. There is plenty of room for the doggos to enjoy themselves though.
The park is very tidy, and well-kept. Be careful, the small dog area is at the back of the large dog area. You can't really see the gates from the street side of the park. When I got back there, all the gates were open and my dog could have gotten loose. The parking is not street side, but if you turn right as soon as you turn off University, there is a dirt parking lot. It's a nice little park and my dog enjoyed the heck out of it.
