Closed with a metal rod that has been twisted to prevent entry. As a today it’s not lock but long term blocked with a metal rod twisted around the entrance gate. Unlikely to be reopened soon. It’s a small pocket park squeezed at the rear of several large multi family complexes. No shade, only parking on 1 side of crowded street. Looks like open to public but likely funded and maintained for the complexes.

Dog park is very small, somewhat muddy, and has some openings under the fence in the back that a small size dog could fit through. It’s in the middle of an apartment complex, but is open to the public. I don’t think I’ll come back unless the American heros dog park is very busy.
