The park is great and my kids love it but sadly people leave all kinds of paraphernalia and graffiti. I've seen syringes and glass bowls multiple times and I have to stop my kids from reading all the Xrated notes up at the top.

The park needs some attention. You can tell the park is new, it's frustrating that it's torn up. The kiddo still had a blast and we enjoyed having another park nearby.

It's okay. They don't have much there by it for the ones that live in the area it would be ok for them to play at this park.

It's a tiny little place. A sanctuary in Jimtown for neighbor kids to play! It is often a place used by trash leaving individuals after dark. So in the morning it can be a bit messy. I walk my dog down there regularly in the morning when it's unoccupied. My dog runs on a long leash as I get my exercise picking up all the trash and disposing in one of the two available trash cans. I don't know who cleans it up when I'm not there, but it's likely one of the good hearted neighbors getting some exercise as well. Lol Its great for the neighborhood or a dog walk destination in am. I visited in early evening and there were too many children running and playing for this to be a good idea with my large dog who wanted to run and play with them. Only one picnic table. No restrooms. Shade tree. Nice landscaping. Slides, swings, jungle gym all in working order. I'll add some pics on my next visit.

My grandchildren like the fact that it has different things compared to Garvin Park's two playground areas and Jacobsville Park is only a couple of blocks from my apartment so it's very handy for us. Could be cleaner. My only suggestion is that occasionally it be scrubbed down and sanitized.
