This is one of the best dog parks I’ve gone to! 3 large fenced in areas for the dogs to use. The biggest area also had a large wooded space for them to run dogs to enjoy. I highly recommend! We will definitely go back when we’re in the area again.

Doggone doable. City owned and operated canine park outside the city of Rochester offers three enclosed exercising areas, agility equipment and walking trails. The park is a bit rough around the edges and needing simple tasks like mowing inside of the enclosures. The main yard is a mixture of dirt and wood chips with a back wooded area that is wild with weeds and overgrowth. A shelter with a picnic table, park benches and another picnic table are available within the fenced confines. A reclaimed bus stop shelter is put to use in another enclosure. Parking, porta potty and trash receptacles are also available. Did not see any refuge bags so looks like you are on your own. Our visit was short lived as our pup interacted with a few of the other dogs before deciding she had enough. Other dog owners were friendly and talkative. Some not paying complete attention to their dogs, but that seems to be the norm at most dog parks.

This is a great place to take dogs to meet other dogs and owners. They have the dog park split into 4 areas in case your dogs need separation. Some areas have obstacles for the dogs to explore. My favorite area is the wooded willow creek area - note this area is not completely enclosed. The dogs loved getting wet in the creek. I am grateful to those volunteers who keep the park clean. There is a portapotty for people, scat collection buckets, trash bins, and a water spigot for dog water.

So much fun. Really lovely park with lots of shade and wooded area to it. If you go to the back corner of the main park, through the gate, and then follow the trail back, there's a fantastic area with a creek (and probably a lot of other dogs and people). Really nice facility. The fact that it has running water for water bowl and such is a huge bonus. Everyone's dogs seemed really well socialized and behaved, and it was nice to not have to worry about that at all (plus people really paid attention to their dogs as well)

I regret that I didn’t take more pictures of Jean & Carol Frank Canine Park. It truly was a nice place. This park had two active dog parks and a paved trail that went throughout the neighborhood. The girls and I came across this walking bridge and a small creek that ran along the park. We eventually made our way back for a long afternoon nap.
