Great park! I used to walk my pup here all the time. Love the lake and the pavilions. Plenty of space. The dog park is small, but usually a good crowd of dogs.

The largest park in Edwardsville and relatively new. 42 acres of paved walking paths, pavilions, a couple of small ponds, a playground and a dog run. This park will really be something special in 20 something years when all of the trees start to mature. Plenty of space to do just about anything you could want to do in a public park!

Picturesque park with pretty views around the lake. There is a paved walking path, and the Freedom Fountain set up to honor the lives lost in the 9/11 attacks.

I loved the walking paths and we had a great time feeding the fish in the pond, but I was a little disappointed by the dog park because there wasn't a lot of grass. It was mostly dirt and sand. Their doggy waste stations were well stocked though, which is always good to see even though I bring my own bags!

While Milo appreciated the trees to sniff in the dog area here, we won’t be back until the outer gate of the entry area is repaired so it doesn’t swing open. Thank goodness I leashed him inside the play area!
