Traveling with working dogs can be a challenge to find appropriate places to get them the work and exercise they need and deserve, with dog parks being among the worst places for that to happen. That said, this is a very well thought out, designed, and constructed dog park. Lots of room in the big dog area, along with semi-permanent equipment for the dogs to play on and around, as well as lot of room to run. The park is surrounded by plenty of open space (as it is part of a larger park complex) and walking trails for working on-lead, but it is also quiet enough that you can do off-lead work (in the middle of January and single digit temperatures anyway). The memorial to John Douangdara and his MPC, “Bart” are very tastefully designed and decorated. Not understated. Not overdone. Just a beautiful piece that captures the beauty, complexity, and loyalty of our relationship with these most magnificent creatures. #LLTB

This is the best dog park I have visited. There is shade, seating for lazy dog owners 😂, a dog water station with clean cold water, and some agility obstacles for the dogs. It is spacious and just a great place to take your dog! The parking is a bit of a hike from the dog park -- but I think they are fixing that (road under construction).

I followed the instructions on how to get to the dog park. Both ways that were given on the map we're totally inaccessible to the dog park, due to instructions but there is no clear directions to actually even walk to the dog park. Very very frustrating, as I am handicapped and my dog is my support dog and does need exercise. Guess I will have to find A accessible place to get my dog exercise. I personally find this a very disrespectful situation not only to dog owners at the handicap as well, it is not easy

Goosebumps. Every K9 dog and his handler should have a park in their honor..
