Perfect sized and very clean dog park! My husky could run her heart out and enjoy smelling every other dog here. Nice seating areas inside and outside the caged area and even a fake red fire hydrant which is a cute detail. Definitely will be coming back! Stoked Tulare invested in such a nice dog park.

It is a beautiful dog park and was definetely needed as there were many dogs coming there in the evening. It's clean, has nice grass and space for the dog to run around but that's about it. If you are planning on going, bring a hat and maybe a chair as there is no shade and only two benches. The park was a let down. This park was made in honour of the Police dog Bane, who fell in his line of duty in 2019. We were hoping to have a couple of obstacles atleast but I guess that wasn't in the budget. Instead of a little memorial plaque for the dog, the city officials thought they will just put a plaque of who permitted the job and then the builders who did it... It would've been cool to have some signage about why this park was made, little story etc. But this is just a personal opinion at the end of the day.

Coming from West Los Angeles, I can tell you that I have not come across a more beautiful and well designed dog park. Whoever was able to establish this park bravo! Plenty of water and mud mitt stations. Several benches to rest the feet and watch the puppies play.

Friendly dogs and people. A little hot not much shade a few Benches. Soggy wet in spots after rain. Needs some tres or shade. Plenty big. Big dog side was more popular.

This Dog Park is Nice. But I will say this, they need shade! My dog was giving herself shade under one of the benches.
