This K-9 dog statue is located close to the parking area, and there's accessible parking, as well an accesible ramp and sidewalk that leads right up to this statue from the lot. The memorial features an obsidian pedestal with words and names, and on top of it is a K-9 dog. Next to it a thinner rectangular obsidian slab with more details. It's a sizable memorial to honor the K-9 dogs.

The fact that there was a person with so much hatred in their pathetic little heart that they gave this anything less than 5 stars gives me no faith in humanity.
