Lovely place for picnic with friends and family. Also has a kids play area, picnic benches, a shelter and a gazebo. Well maintained and a serene spot. Really loved the visit.

Beautiful place to hang out, hike, go fishing or ride your bike. Very quiet are with large Walnut trees and a kids playground. Benches for picnic area and a lot of space for the kids to run around.

Ate at Green Gables. Oooo their famous cheeseburgers are so good !!! The slot machines aren’t bad either ☺️

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. No crowds. We were able to sit on a bench in the shade right next to the water. Lots of places to fish or picnic if that is your thing. Comalara Park is right next to Lake Bloomington and about the same size. You can swim there. Rent boats, kayaks or paddle boats. Lots of kids play equipment there. You can camp there also.
