Lake Ida Dog Park

I was amazed how big the park is. They have different closed in areas based on the size of your dog. I can't let my dog run free around my neighborhood,but when you come here, the dogs can roam around free in an enclosed area, be themselves,get their exercise and socialize with other dogs. I've been here 3xs already this week with my dog 🐕 😊

We have been taking our dogs to Lake Ida Dog Park for years they love going and start to get excited when they realize where we are going. The grounds at Lake Ida Dog Park are very well maintained and dog owners are (for the most part) diligent to clean up after their dog. We have not encountered aggressive behavior for the most part.

Lake and park are beautiful. Homes surrounding the lake are spectacular. Walks around the lake and dog park are delightful. Area for dropping in small boats for fishing and the walk areas are well maintained. I take my lab to the park often and find the people and dogs enjoyable. Lucky to have this park nearby.

Lake Ida Dog Park is truly one of the best parks around for both dogs and their owners. The park is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and socialize. I really appreciate that they have separate areas for large and small dogs, which makes it feel safe and comfortable for everyone. There are shaded seating areas for the humans, fresh water stations for the pups, and even bathing areas to rinse dogs off after they play. The lake views and surrounding walking paths make it a perfect spot to relax before or after visiting the fenced play areas. The community here is friendly and respectful, and every time I've gone, people watch after their dogs and keep the space enjoyable. Overall, Lake Ida Dog Park has a peaceful atmosphere, great amenities, and happy, well-exercised pups everywhere. Highly recommend to any dog owner in the area — you and your furry friend will absolutely love it!

Great park to let your dog run and play with other dogs. There are two areas - one for big dogs and another for little dogs. Public restrooms onsite and picnic tables. They also have an area to wash your dog. Well worth the visit. Recommended.
