Lake Lizzie provides rustic camping near the lake, complete with a pavilion. My daughter constructed a brick fire pit and benches for everyone to use as her Eagle Scout project.

Just hiked the area. The trails are in good shape except for sandy areas which are more difficult to walk in. It was very dry so no plant life just trees and dry grasses. One trail ends at lake but rest meander through dry areas. We did come across a tortoise and saw a few birds. Not my favorite type of hiking.

Easy to walk trail and it has many distance options with the max being 10 miles. 5 there and 5 back track if you know the routes. Lots of wildlife if your quiet.
