It was a pleasant experience. The grounds are beautiful. The agent was very honest and knowledgeable.
I've of my favorite community parks where I deliver groceries to tenants inside... There is one in Anaheim, Whittier as well as Brea and I love the lake inside and the ducks the embellish the water scene.
We are all just an income for the Corporation. They do not care about the Tenants and any of our concerns. Management answers to the Corporation and is NOT an Advocate for us. It's not what any of us thought it was going to be. And NOW, they blame COVID for upkeep and projects. Not true :( ***Here we are 3 years later with new Managers that are the best we've had! They always make the residents feel heard, and honestly address our issues. They have made such a positive change here. Now I would definitely recommend Lake Park La Habra for Senior living!
Great atmosphere and everyone I've encountered is super friendly, including the on-site management. There's a pool, jacuzzi & a community center where quite a few events are held every month. They even have fishing with the proper permits. Just perfect in my opinion.
