I have been looking for a new home. We ran a cross this beautiful community within a community, that's the only way I can describe this oasis. It's just beautiful. Mobile homes here are well-kept, the yards are super well kept, paved streets along with names to the street you live on, no looking for numbers on the home you live in. It's an actual address with mail boxes in front of your home. A beautiful lake right in the center of the community where you can actually fish ( C&R) a club house, planded activities, Saturday morning coffee, and donuts. Swim exercise classes, pool table. Exercise equipment. Library, pool, and jacuzzi well, I'm just so excited that I'm almost a resident at this senior Mobile home community. I can't wait until I move in. I'm praying it will be in the next couple of weeks. The activity director is the sweetest lady you'll meet, so kind and friendly. Everyone I've met there has been very sweet. If you're a senior 55 and over, interested in buying a mobile home, I would advise you to look here first. They just might have one for sale.
Very nice place, very clean, quiet, and have a beautiful lake.
This place is a great place for 55+ seniors. It's is a little bit of a hidden gem in the middle of a busy Los Angeles suburb. The little man made lake has two fountains and they turn them on from time to time during the day and it makes it feel like you are at the ocean. Beautiful and well maintained.
Love living here. Clean park. If you do not drive stores, bank, places to eat near by. Neighbors are so nice and helpful.
I enjoyed washing my car at the facility here. Resident only. Neighbors are peaceful and kind.
