Larch Clover Park is a small park located in the northern part of Tracy. This park is quite nice the community around is also quite calm. Overall, it’s a great place to visit.

The outdoor restrooms were closed, but the nice lady inside the community center let us in to use the indoor restroom. The playground had no trees or shade, so most of the play equipment was burning hot. Suggesting a shade cloth or similar installed over play equipment, to prevents burns on Littles! Otherwise, fairly clean and didn't smell like a urinal, like a lot of other playgrounds you've visited.

Its a calm park, it has a 🏀 court, playgrounds for toddlers and children. Its clean. Parking is available. Great for playing ⚽️ or baseball ⚾️. Its a good park.

Nice place to picnic, view of legacy fields and farm land. Excellent play structure, kids love it. Baseball field is run down, a bit dangerous to run on due to uneven landscape. Fix the ball field Tracy and I’ll up the star count!

Real old school ghost park with a grimy basketball court. Bet this court had some real hood games back in the hay days.
