Not being a fan of dog parks, this is one that has enough room for dogs who just want to go play ball on some grass and go home. I have three German Shepherds. Although they get along with other dogs, they are pack animals and land and stay where mom does. I only go to get the energy run out of them. People actually do pick up after a heir pups here too. But beware…just like all dog parks, there is always that person who brings their dog knowing full well they have aggression issues. For walkers and children, there is a beautiful lake and playgrounds for the children. Back to the dog park, there is also two parks. One for our large babies and another for our little ones. Four star recommendation!

This is our go to dog park even though I drive a bit further from my home. I’ve visited other dog parks, but this is by far the best one we’ve been to. They have a small and large dog area. Both areas are big and the dogs have lots of room to run and play. The large dog area has some benches and there’s a spot that has tables and benches. There’s also a water fountain for the dog and for their owners. We’ve been here about 4 times and every time, our dog has lots of fun and everyone is very nice. There’s even a few tenis balls for the dogs to play with that are here. There’s also a lake that has ducks and geese that you can walk around on. Plus, there’s a couple of volleyball nets, and basket ball courts. Additionally, there’s a large kids playground that has cool playground equipment such as slides, bridges, swings, and more. There’s also a restroom that’s available. We’ve always felt safe to be here a d they stay open until 10pm with good lights all around. They have water that shoots up in the middle of the lake that has blue lights. It looks pretty cool at night.

Lots of people don’t pick up the poop. It’s gross the area is spacious and has a couple covered picnic tables and a water fountain for the pups.

I love this dog park. Owners are friendly. Dogs are friendly, there’s grass and shade as well. Owners could do a better job picking up after themselves though. Wish there was more dog waste bags for emergencies.
