This is a cool place that lets your dogs come and eat with you. It was so nice to see an array of different dogs and it made the place feel cozy and unique. The service was amazing and we had a big table. Sam is a great server and her attention to detail is noteworthy. The beer was good and the food was also very tasty. I had the blue cheese burger and my wife had the tuna bowl. Both were great dishes. I totally recommend this place if you want to bring your furry baby with you.

This was my second time eating at this restaurant (first time was in San Diego) I absolutely loved the edamame, lol. I was on a solo trip to Dallas this week and I saw there was a Lazy Dog by my hotel. I figured I’d enjoy a nice dinner alone there tonight. Well, there was a large family seated in the outside patio area where I decided to sit… their kids were running wild. I was enjoying my food when all of a sudden I get hit with a paper airplane!? My waiter was Pierre, he came to check on me at one point and I quietly asked to move since the kids continued to play with the paper airplane, and the parents did nothing about it. I was given the choice to sit anywhere I wanted. Shortly after I start to finish my food, I feel water dropping on my head. There was a leak in the ceiling/windowpane above me, it was pouring rain outside!! At that point, I just decided to get my check and finish my food later. Kennedy was my new waitress and she was a doll, just chatting with me as the rest of my order was being prepared for takeout, when Zaul, the manager came out. He handed me a hefty gift card and refunded what I paid for my meal, WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. That gesture was very much appreciated!! Y’all are great, this was out of the restaurant’s hands and they still made the effort to make things right for me before I left, Thanks again!!

As someone who has worked in restaurant management and was a server for several years prior to my management experience, when I go to a new restaurant, I go for the all over experience. I gave this 3 stars for the food as we enjoyed the flavor and variety. Our drinks from the bar were also flavorful and as described in the menu. The only thing that prevented this from being a 4 or maybe even 5 stars was the service itself. Not just from our server, but from the overall staff.
This place needs a customer service facelift. My dish was served cold, my husband’s meal was wrong, no one acknowledged us before and during our meal, or even asked us how we were doing. Our server was MIA for the majority of the meal, and when we finally did get her (without having to ask someone to find her for us), she asked us if we were ready for the check (which we still ended up waiting for that). All in all, I expected much more from the Lazy Dog and was pretty disappointed.
To the server, we are a pretty decent family when it comes to tips (25%-35%) since both my spouse and myself have both worked in restaurant management. Tonight, I could not even disagree with my husband when he refused to leave more than 15%. Stop stereotyping your tables and treat all tables with the best service you can. We would’ve been happy to have made your start of the shift grand and something to keep you motivated throughout the rest of your shift. Happy holidays!

We visited as a party of six for a very special family celebration. We did have a strange situation at first five meals arrived on time, but my sister’s order came out wrong the first time and then was forgotten for several minutes. By the time her correct plate arrived, the rest of us had already finished eating.
However, the way the team handled it was truly outstanding. The manager on duty came to our table, apologized sincerely, and explained that this is not something that normally happens. They offered our meals for free, made sure we were taken care of, and even surprised us with a $100 gift card.
They turned an uncomfortable moment into an exceptional experience and made us feel genuinely valued, even without knowing that this night was a very meaningful family reconciliation for us.
Amazing service, delicious food, and a team that truly cares. We’ll definitely be back!

My brother and I decided to have an early lunch since I was taking him to the airport. We decided to go to Lazy Dog restaurant. As we were walking in I did notice that they have outside dining area, which looked really nice and comfortable. We were greeted by two lovely and polite hostesses Ms. Sky, and Ms. Mina, who showed us to our table. Ms. Mina, was very sweet, pretty smile and very friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very quaint, warm and inviting it's very neat in appearance and very clean. It's akso very quiet and easy to communicate. Our server was Mr. Aidan, who was nice and very polite. I ordered the camp fire pot roast, for $22.95 with baby spinach, creamy mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables and was very tasty. My brother ordered the build your own lunch combo, for $10.95, which he had the tomato soup, small side salad and chicken sandwich, which was very tasty according to my brother. This restaurant was very nice all staff are super friendly, very helpful and polite. If you haven't been here and looking for nice place to dine at, please come visit them. Hope to see you there.
