Legacy Parks Foundation has done so much for our areas parks, greenways, blueways and overall health of our community. The Urban Wilderness would not be in existence without Legacy parks efforts. And it attracts not only thousands of folks from knox country…people come from out of state to enjoy the lush trails and parks with in the urban wilderness. Just one example of what legacy parks Foundation has contributed to knoxville and Knox county

The creativity of Carol Evans and the Legacy Parks team means no two parks look alike. Each project is unique with lots of community input. I'm thinking Collier Preserve and Angora Frog Farm in Powell.
