During our trip to San Diego, we ventured off the main path to explore a nearby city and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a park. Though there’s no direct access to the beach due to its location atop a cliff, the panoramic ocean views are absolutely breathtaking. The natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect spot for reflection, photos, or simply soaking in the scenery. It’s one of those places that words can’t fully capture! You truly have to be there to appreciate its charm.
This is what you call a "Parklet", it's about the size of one house in this area. It has a nice view of the ocean but no direct access. There are a couple of benches to sit on and some grass. Great view of the ocean!
Parking by Lesli Park is a great secret access point to the beach but this park basically consists of 2 benches with a beautiful ocean view in San Clemente and a little strip of grass for your dog to relieve. Not really a park, but a good ocean view lookout and free parking for beach access a block away.
Beautiful lookout. In a quiet neighborhood. Very special place.
I liked it. I was passing through and wanted to stop and look at the ocean for a few minutes. This little park allowed me to do just that
