Enjoyed hiking up. We didn't do a full hike because I have little ones but it's a nice view and not extremely difficult. Loose rocks and gravel in certain areas so kids be careful. There's an energy outlet for electronics and air and other resources for bikes.

I love places like this. A lot of open space with not too many people to bother you. This is truly a mtn bike place. You can navigate it with a below par bike, but it's not recommended. I was forced to use my old Cannondale and survived, but had to walk some areas. Only thing it is missing is a bathroom at the trail entrance. You can get lost on the paths so be mindful of where you are at. Great views, nothing like I have ever seen of glorious mts in the distance. Yes, it's great for hiking as well.

At 1430 it was so hot but the trail was great and not so bad only did 1.59 miles. If you want to feel the workout without the extreme intensity of another trail then this is for you. Overall, I would come back to this trail.

Nice trail that is well marked and fairly flat. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to complete the loop. Enjoy the views! Bring water and snacks. Start early.
