Lucky's Dog Park

I was hiking the trails with my pups and walked by this dog park. It is very spacious, and I love the fire hydrants in both the small dog and big dog sections. Both are about the same size. It appears to be very clean. There were only 1-3 dogs there when I walked by. It is conveniently located next to the large parking lot.

I come here regularly with my family and during my lunch break. Just be a responsible owner and respect other dogs and the space. I love that people randomly bring balls and toys. The regulars here are really friendly and love getting to know other people's dogs (and the dogs enjoy it too!)

Nice place for the dogs tu run, play and socialize with other dogs. There are two sides, one for small dogs and one for big dogs. I give 4 stars because it can use a little more maintenance, specially one of the water fountain that doesn’t drain the water.

Not suited for very active runners who like to slide to stop. The whole area is fine gravel. Would be better if area was grass covered instead. We had to leave early because our dogs front paw pads got injured, cut-up and bleeding. **Edited to add photos of her upper pawpads without the bandages.**

My son lives close so I'm there every other day. It's nice they now have a fenced in little section with a hose to wash your pups..water fountains for humans and dogs and of course there's always nice people! There's even a kids park located in Dean's park right there so it's pretty fun for kids too
