Passing thru Asheville. Needed a park to get energy out of kiddo. This park looks recently renovated. Rubberized floor is safe for kids. No restrooms in sight. They have a small basketball court. There is a water fountain for dogs.

This is my neighborhood park. We've lived here for 12 years and have 2 young children. We love the update they did to the park in the past couple of year. I do miss the bathrooms though. My 7 year old basically lives at the park and plays basketball there with his neighborhood buddies daily.

Magnolia is one of my favorite parks for little guys. Everything is small so I'm never worried and my 2yr old jumping around or my 10 month old crawling around. Also has a (mini) bike track around it so great for learning

Not much shade in the play area so the jungle gym & swings were unusable during our visit. I'd recommend coming earlier or late in the day. Nice path for the little guy to ride a bike & there are two picnic tables under a pavilion. Sand pit was a hit, although I did see a cat circling the park area...

Fantastic little park, but there's no bathroom since the updates.
