Mak Pack Dog Training & Boarding

This place is hands down the best place to bring your dog. My dog has separation anxiety and cannot be left alone for more than a few minutes. Whether I need daycare for a couple hours to run errands, daily when at work, or boarding when I need to travel, long days or short, this place has become part of our pack. He gets all the cuddles and attention he could want every hour every day he is there. He loves all his human and doggo friends. They have all kinds of fun activities to engage the dogs, they celebrate birthdays, they get to know your dog. And I receive daily photos like this one, as happy as he can be. When he struggled to settle and feel safe during the couple times I have needed boarding they went above and beyond to find what works for him. And then sent me updates so I am not worried for him when I am so far away. This place is my lifeline and his happy place away from home. His whole body wiggles and whimpers with excitement in the lobby every time we arrive.

We’ve had our dogs trained by Spencer for the past 18 years. This new location is close to our home love the facility. Well trained staff. Our new wild puppy is doing great and already becoming less reactive. Spencer Mak is in our opinion the best trainer and he truly loves dogs.

My Corgi, Max went to daycare today at Mak Pack Ahwatukee. I am so glad this facility exists for us here. Dogs are family and I am so grateful to be able to leave him at a place that feels invested in his care. Spencer Mak is a force known in the community. He is not just a business name. He works both with training groups and personally with pet owners. His staff shows his same all in attitude. The facility is big, open and welcoming. The staff shows they care to be there. The pictures they send to reassure a pet mom are the best. I know that my dog’s best interest matters to them. He returns to me tired out and happy. I have and would recommend this service. They have great service hours to cover most situations. Thank you to everyone for caring for Max.

I can't praise Mak Pack enough!!! They are beyond extraordinary! Spencer Mak and his team truly care about each dog and each family. They consider all of us as family. I am completely at ease each time my baby is with them. My boy has done the board and train program at the Chandler location, worked with Spencer 1:1 and we absolutely adore the Tukee location - we live a few blocks away. They provide text messages with updates and photos - maintain a record if they have eaten their meals - amazing. The facility is spotless clean and my boy has improved his socialization skills in leaps and bounds. Each staff member is caring, friendly and always gives top notch service. We are so proud that our boy is a Mak Pack doggie!

Mak Pack is great with Zeus. I was hesitant to even bring him but I needed to board him for Labor day. This place was highly recommended so I gave it a try. I love that they do a meet and greet to get to know your dog. They offer enrichment activities and are super cute. Zeus hates the car ride there but wants nothing to do with me once he realizes where hes at and doesn't want to leave. The staff are always happy to see him and love on him right away. He has excitement pee and they dont react at all. Which is great because of his past prior to my husband and I rescuing him. He is always exhausted when he comes home. I drive from east valley because they are so great. ❤️
